For all Cell Line Sterility profiles, the optimum sample will include both tissue culture media and cellular material (if present).
For Profile 1:
The inoculum size per medium is 100 µL; please submit a sample volume of 1000-1500 µL. If quantity of material is limited, please contact IDEXX BioResearch.
For Profile 2F and 2C:
Please submit a sample volume of 5 mL. If volume of available material is less than requested, please contact IDEXX BioResearch at +49 (0)7141-6483585.
